Created high-fidelity mockups and detailed specifications and documentation for developers to ensure a consistent design across the platform. Also in charge of production designs and upkeep of design specs to pass on to the development teams.

Staying Sharp App

Evaluated the current state of the mobile designs produced by the previous third-party vendor. Led adjustments to the information architecture, designed new screens, generated a current state symbol, and designed a custom component library. Finalized all high-fidelity designs in preparation for the launch of the Staying Sharp application.

Rewards

Lead Designer for AARP's Loyalty and Rewards team. In charge of all UX design changes and enhancements to the Rewards platform, including updating and managing its component libraries to match AARP’s updated design system. Responsible for scheduling promotional designs across seasonal updates throughout the year.

Designed medical online courses and MRI technician training websites. Conducted rapid prototyping, created wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-up designs, and developed a custom design system including iconography, animations, and illustrations.

Wells Fargo

Designer for the One Right Answer portal. The application itself was designed to facilitate the decision-making process for Wells Fargo team members on Loan Approvals. Proposed the implementation of features such as Autocomplete Search, Context Sensitive Search, Saved Search, and Search Results by Metric. Provided wireframes, high-fidelity mock-up designs, user flows, and sitemaps.
